About the Event
Stronger Together Minnesota is bringing the community together for the STMN Twin Cities 7v7 Flag Football Tournament, taking place July 19–21.
This three-day tournament is built around competition, teamwork, athleticism, and brotherhood. Teams will compete in a fast-paced 7-on-7 format on a 40-yard field, with each offense receiving four downs to reach midfield and another four downs to score.
Games will consist of two 15-minute halves, with man or zone defense permitted and interceptions resulting in an immediate change of possession. Contact such as tackling, stiff-arming, charging, and unnecessary roughness will not be allowed. Players must rely on speed, passing, coverage, communication, and clean flag pulling to win.
Each team may have seven players on the field and must have at least five players available to begin a game. A roster of approximately 10 players is recommended to provide enough substitutions and help players remain fresh throughout the tournament.
